Q: How do you actually put these on! There’s no instructions and I can’t find any videos !

Very easily. Put the strap around your wrist, through the loop and Velcro to desired tightness

Q: Can I use these for pull ups?

Wide grip pull-ups they would work well I hang off a pull up bar to stretch my back and they fit well

Q: What diameter bar does it fit?

Any size including an Olympic bar. I’ve hooked mine over fat grips before too just to test the diameter of how much they fit.
