My wife and I bought this for a cross country road trip for us and our three kids. we premade all our meals and used this to heat them up. overall it took between 15 and 30 minutes to heat up what we needed depending on how big or thin it was. We made everything from tacos, to breakfast sandwiches and copious amounts of bosco sticks (which we are now sick of) and it heated them all up well.The heating element in the bottom is, obviously, the hotspot, so it was necessary to flip and turn the food so one section didn't get over cooked or burnt (depending on the food). we didn't have anything in the box, like soup or mac and cheese, so I can't really attest to that aspect of its "cooking" abilities. but i would get another one when this one breaks.

I already reviewed how well mine works for me, got the gray and aqua one,, I came on to tell that I agree with the clear plastic case that comes with it,, didn’t fit in the case outside the actual unit but I was putting away my empty unit and discovered if I. Turn it on it’s side and put the case in front it fits, since the unit locks tight, I suspect it would be safe to turn the heating unit on its side while packing most foods to go.

Super happy with the item. Performs well, i can get food heated up in 15 minutes in my car. Super nice & makes it easy to eat on the road.

I'm on the road all week and don't always have access to a microwave so about 30 or so minutes before I'm going to stop for the day, I put cold food in this warmer and by the time I stop, it's oven warm. It warms faster if I turn the food over after about 15 minutes. I plug it in to the cigarette lighter but it also comes with an a/c plug. I put a small crock pot bag in first for easy clean up.

Looking to buy it for a very long time. Found this one. Love the colors. Sometimes i have lunch at my desk and it is very easy to plug in to heat to food. Will advise to get it.

The media could not be loaded. You actually can cook food in this lunch box. It will heat up your leftover in 15-20 minutes and I am talking hot food not warm. I cooked raw chicken, lamb, goat, and pork ribs to tender fall-off-the-bone dishes in 1 1/2 - 2 hours! The bag is trash and the compartment for the fork and spoon is useless mine does not lock. so if I use it and open the lid, the utensils will fall out. So I had to take at least one star, I wanted to take off two stars but it cooks raw food. The construction is not the best but you get what you pay for. The thing just has small problems. I guess because I cook with it when I am on the road. Check out the videos and pictures and you will see what I mean. Wow, it's malfunctioning while I'm doing the video. I still would say get it. I'm going to return it for another one. I stand by my review. Perhaps the next one will last longer. I used this for about 30 hours.
