Made MASSIVE temperature differences in my tank. Instead of a 2-3 hour warm up from 22C to 68C for my chicken breast, it is now ready in 45 minutes.Moreover, none of the counter space around it got hot or even warm. Whereas the entire counter and a solid foot in all directions would heat up and the sous vide machine could not even keep up and maintain the requested temp sometime.I am very confident that this blanket will pay for itself after 10+ uses in power usage alone.

Great product. Does an awesome job preventing water evaporation and looks great. Also includes a bottom to help protect your countertop. The top insulation panel can be cut to fit your specific IC. Also the best in customer service. I've purchased three sizes for my different containers - I like 'em that much!

The item was exactly as promised. It fit the container perfectly. The Velcro allows adjusting the fit as the foil/bubble wrap stretches. As an engineer I could not have designed it better.
