This tutu was perfect! It arrived very quickly and fluffed right up when I took it out of the package. I had no problems with it slipping down my waist (I wore it for several hours) and it definitely wasn't too tight. Went perfectly with my ballerina Halloween costume!Would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a quality tutu for a very good price!!

It is elastic and believe it was a one size fits all... My hips are the biggest part of my body so it's expected that I have difficulty finding things that fit my hips normally. The tutu skirt did fit really well, but it was a bit on the tight side and with my curvy figure I found that the tutu kept sliding upwards around my waist. I am 5'10 with a 28" waist and a 42" hip so, I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cute tutu skirt to add to their outfit, but just be warned it may feel a little tight. Otherwise, I loved the quality of the skirt and the color was exactly as I expected.

This was the best tutu I have ever found! To start, this is Made in USA so that was the selling point for me; but everything else about it was also perfect: the size, color, style, fabric, delivery etc. We used this to run a fun race and it was awesome! I left it out for a day and it became so fluffy...loved it. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for tutu.

Very full tutu. Nice thick elastic band, but it has plenty of stretch. Fits my 36 in waist and my wife's 29 in waist just fine. Wearing these for costumes in Key West. These are very short (what I wanted too make riding a scooter easier) so you must wear something underneath. Color is lighter than the product picture, as you can see in my picture, but still very vibrant.

This tutu is great. It fits perfect and feels like it is going to stay in place, and it is pretty full. It comes tightly packaged, so you may need to ruffle up the tulle a bit to your liking. The color matched the picture very closely, which is helpful for me because this is going to be part of a costume for a race I am running in.
