I happen to be allergic to metals. Especially where Nickel alloy is used. Which is in a lot of jewelry except for the finer. NO METAL touched me. The blue band is all that touches my skin. I just put a little clear nail polish on the outside of the metal. Just in case. It was one of the reasons I went with this. The actual round ID piece is big enough. Easily seen. From some reviews, people thought that it opened and the info would be listed inside. Or a shame that it would have to be cut. Not true. I was on the first Aid Squad. When we come across someone unable to talk, we immediately look for any medical ID. If not noted on front, we will take it off and look on the back. Whether it's cut or not depends on the situation. Either way, the price it costs it is easily replaceable. Engraving on the back is exactly what I asked for. And it does adjust quite easily. With all the above stated, would I buy this again? Yes

works great, i use it. i wear it everyday for my epilepsy. the only thing is it can start to smell, so i have to hand wash it often, which can get annoying. i just soak it in laundry detergent then scrub it with a rag

While the bracelet is very tough and sturdy ppl have to take it off to read your medical condition. I though the round part flipped over to be easily read but it doesn’t. It’s very stylish but not much help unless med pros or ppl cut it off of you.
