Delicious, not a bunch of gunk added to it. Much larger sized than I can buy in the grocery and at this point, more inexpensive than making my own. It's chunky, but not too chunky, and not too watery either. I haven't thought about blending it, but now I am. I don't know on the shelf life. I go through it in just under a month. In my fridge it's been fine. It arrived during very hot Texas days. It's the best deal on authentic tasting salsa that doesn't have a bunch of chemicals or sugar added to it that I can find. I'm extremely happy and hope it stays this price. I prefer my salsa a bit hotter, but I just adjust it to taste on that.

Never thought I would use all this salsa but the container is half empty, Besides the usual uses it is good on eggs Best tasting salsa not too hot.

I’ve been eating this brand of salsa for years, it’s my favorite by far. The quality is always consistent, and the large container size lasts for some time. The thickness and texture of the salsa is about medium I would say. The only reason I rated it with 4 stars is due to the length of time between order and receiving. I ordered my last batch in May and did not receive it until later in August. Otherwise I think it’s great!

HERDEZ salsa is the closest to restaurant salsa. We go through salsa really fast and this 70oz. ,the best price for it's size is perfect. Definitely buying again.

Thought this would be great and it was for awhile, but because there is so much there is no way to eat it all in one sitting. After about 3 weeks it started to go bad. By then I was only half way through the container. It's also a little watery that shaking it up doesn't help much. This might be good if you have a lot of people or a party or something, but it wasn't what I was hoping it would be. It was just okay in the end and had to dump it after about half of it still left.

LOVE! My favorite salsa! I buy this brand VERY OFTEN ! When I saw a large one on Amazon it made my heart happy!
