I’ve been eyeing these for a while! I received the 12 inch for Christmas- and have used it almost everyday since. I absolutely love it. Easy to clean, durable and can use for almost every meal. And they gray color is perfect. I immediately ordered the 10 inch to use for smaller portions. I intend on ordering the coordinating 8inch and sauce pan in the future once I can save the funds. I have researched enamel cast iron for a while and HB, by far has the most affordable prices on the market with a phenomenal product. Recommend 100%, you will not be disappointed with the quality! I recommend using a soft dish rag to clean. Even high heat stains come off easily with soft rag and dish soap. Way to go HB!

I was really surprised at the quality of this pot. I was not expecting it - especially because of the price. Truly a bargain.It is stunningly beautiful; but, more importantly, the workmanship is stellar.It heats up evenly, and retains that heat really well.It is very heavy, so be aware of that.100% recommended.

Great pan. Food does not stick to pan. Pan is very easy to clean. Also pan distributes heat evenly. I like this pan so much I brought the rest of the pot set that this product line offers.

I got this pot on a great sale when we needed this size, so no regrets. And it cooks just as well as our pans from the internationally known standard in enamel cast iron cookware, which last so long that we inherited ours. But. After less than a year of intermittent use, the colored enamel on the outside of the pan has chipped in numerous places, including the handle and the bottom; and the enamel inside the pan has been shown to be less than perfectly smooth, as multiple tiny pits are now permanently dark. So, it works fine, but this likely isn't one I'll be handing down to my daughters.

Perfect for eggs and other small items that I need to be non stick. Our family of five cooks about 10-12 eggs at time in this and it’s evenly distributed. I probably should store it better but since I upgraded all my pots to ceramic cast iron I have more space to just let them lean on each other in the cupboard.

I'm deeply disappointed with this saucepan. The interior bottom chipped while I was cooking soup. I discovered it when I was eating the soup. Thank goodness it was just me and not a guest. I use plastic utensils and hang the pot on a hook, rather than nesting it with other pots. There's no reason for the inside to chip. It's never been in the oven. I haven't even had it for a year. I guess you get what you pay for. My Le Creuset and Martha Stewart enameled cast iron has never chipped.

I gave this as a gift and was told this did a great job with eggs because of how evenly it heated and was very easy to clean due to the porcelain finish. She cooked a few other small dishes for herself in it and it's been promoted to a "front of the cabinet" dish right away.

I like this pan because it doesn't have any questionable non-stick coatings, and can go from stovetop to over without worry. Finish has held up well, and it looks nice.

This is such a sexy piece of cookware. I’m the description it says that it’s grey but it’s more like a dusty ombré lavender. As a female, stay at home mom, the ine who does all the cooking and in the pursuit of changing all my cookware over to cast iron enameled, I’m obsessed!!!!
