A fantastic source book for storytellers everywhere. I can't recommend this highly enough, whether you're an experienced storyteller, a novice, or someone who doesn't even consider themselves a storyteller. Well, we're all storytellers and this book is fascinating, enlightening and will be invaluable. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys stories and storytelling within the family or in the fields of education, health, religion, business etc. I know it will become a well-thumbed treasure on the bookshelf.

Would recommend for any teacher

I would recommend this product to all aspirant storytellers. It is of great value to any orator as it contains invaluable information on how to memorise stories, as well as great tips on how to choose material and how to deliver it well. Although I bought it for my son to use in his work as a junior school teacher, I read it myself and will use it in my work as a librarian, and in the future - to make my conversation more interesting! If I get the opportunity, I will certainly attend one of the author's workshops!

This is a book full of solid, albeit basic, advice for story tellers, and also good for writers trying to develop their craft. It succeeds in some areas while falls down in others, however I found it solid and well written overall. It shares a lot of tips and tricks about the subject and gives a lot of valuable insight. I found a few memorable gold nuggets and I would say this book is definitely worth a buy.

This is by far the best storytelling book I’ve ever have. Not only it is really practical, clear, with good stories, but mainly it builds up a confident relationship between you and the story. It’s about being human! Excellent!

This book is a "living course" to learn storytelling because it guide you all the way of the storytelling process. From how to structure your story, to delivery to get maximum results with your storytelling performance. It is a very authoritative and serious book in this subject and if you want to take your storytelling skills to next level this is the right book for you to achieve that goal.

It was an interesting book but the stories were all familiar and I had hoped for newer ones.
