If you think salt n pepper are the only two spices in the world, this isn't for you. If you enjoy cooking a flavorful meal outdoors (most likely car camping as probably too heavy and bulky for backpacking), you need this!I love to cook and bought this on a partial whim not expecting much and partially hoping it actually would be nice. I was more than pleasantly surprised! These are 6 high quality stainless steel spice shakers with adjustable openings. What's especially nice is the handy zipper carrying bag with handle. It's not too bulky - it fits the shakers snugly and is easy to pack and carry.Six spices are plenty to do most decent camp cooking. I personally filled mine with salt, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, rosemary and oregano. This covers most tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I wouldn't even try to cook without this set unless I was backpacking and really had to minimize.Every time I take this on a camping trip, someone always asks me (with a bit of envy) where I got it. If you do any outdoor cooking - or even in your backyard grill - I highly recommend this set.

Use this kit for traveling all over the USA. A bit large for luggage but perfect for longer term vehicle, truck or RV travel. Planning a 6 month European trip and these are in the list to go.

I'm pretty pleased with these. I don't have great grip with 1 hand, but I can still rotate the tops. Which doesn't mean they're loose, cuz they aren't, which is also good. They're just made well enough to get a good hold of.3 different size holes, which again is quite thoughtful.I could go for some way to label them, or a color code maybe. But it's not a deal breaker. I have an etcher so I'll mark the salt/pep/garlic ones with the other 3 as 'floaters'.The case is quite handy to keep them together for packing.And they're large containers, which suits us. It means I don't have to keep 'backup' sets of things.

This is the second one I bought just in a different color. I bought one for taking spices with us on vacation and loved it so much that I bought another to actually keep in our RV so I don't have to swap them back and forth. I tend to be a bit of an organizer when it comes to travel and these are great. They hold a good bit so they are good for several trips.
