What are the inside dimensions of the tray?

The inside dimensions are about 15.5 inches wide, 11.25 inches deep and 1.5 inches high.

Are the handles suppose to be unevenly? We sent for a replacement and the second one we received also has uneven handles

Mine doesn’t have uneven handles. Sorry!

The internal depth of the tray is 11.25 inches.

If red wine or coffee spilled on the white tray, will it get stained easily?

I would say yes. It’s lawyer but red wine is pervasive. You’d for sure need to wipe it off immediately. Coffee doesn’t seem as bad. I would not recommend using it to perform pseudo coaster like functions.
