Thrown Into the Packaging
The package that it came in was fine, but inside the package was horrible. The item was not folded but mushed into a ball inside the wrapping. The product itself is fine, but the way it was managed was an absolute mess

Laid it out under a rug for a week with some books on top to remove the set-in creases.
