I've only used this product once and I'm already delighted. I swim every day and have fine hair which was becoming completely unmanageable - it was like straw and wouldn't even respond to being styled. I only used a small amount of this shampoo (because of the cost) but it was more than enough and my hair felt, and looked, so much better after just one use.

Works well, I'm really pleased. You can instantly feel it working and cleaning the chlorine out of your hair. Smell is ok, whatever the chemical it that removes the chlorine has a smell to it. Like chlorine itself its not unpleasant but it's not a great smell either. You don't need the conditioner as well as that does the same job and smells the same. It's quite pricey I think but is worth the expense. I recommend the shampoo but just use your regular conditioner and you'll be pleased I'm sure.

First Swim Shampoo I have ever used that leaves my hair feeling moisturised instead of parched. It has a nice smell and does a good job and is gentle. Downsides are the huge price tag for just a 200ml(ish) bottle and that it is a bit runny. Glad I bought it but going to use it sparingly! My hair is bleached and fine so it tangles badly and this shampoo helped me comb through my hair easily - not easy to find in a swim shampoo.

This does definitely remove chlorine, non irritating on the scalp, hair nice and clean without being all dried out and stuck together. It's a good product.

When I purchased this product I was unsure whether it would work or not. So imagine how excited I was to actually find something that did what it said on the tin ! An excellent product which I would highly recommend. No dry brittle hair any more, just soft and refreshed. I wished I had found it sooner.

I go swimming 3-4 times a week and have now been using the shampoo and conditioner for 3 weeks. One application of the shampoo leaves my hair free of chlorine and using the conditioner is making my hair feel softer. There is no discernible scent from either product which is fine with me. I’m happy with both and will repeat buy when they run low.

I have used this amazing shampoo for many years and can guarantee every little bit of chlorine is taken out leaving my hair shiny and soft and does not interfere with my blonde highlights from the salon,

This product smells lovely and fresh and my hair felt clean after using it. Only thing I dislike is it is extremely runny and because the top doesn't have a small hole for the shampoo to come out of once you take off the lid and pour it seems to pour far too much out at once and you end up wasting quite a lot as it drips through your fingers. Definitly need to redesign the bottle or make the liquid thicker so it isn't like water being poured from a bottle.

I am very very pleased with this shampoo and conditioner. This is my 3rd purchase. I bought them after doing some research on how to deal with (extremely) itchy scalp after swimming. I was positively surprised with how calm my scalp felt after swimming. It also makes my thin, curly hair very light and full of volume. Also, the smell it leaves is very pleasant. I liked it so much that it's now my every-day shampoo and conditioner.

I have colored hair and have had tons of trouble with the chlorine in our pool making my hair discolored, stiff and smelly from the chlorine. If I shower after swimming and use this shampoo, it really does help to remove the chlorine. I actually use it all winter because we have hard iron-filled water and this also seems to take out the mineral deposits in my hair. In the winter, I might use it once a week and use my regular shampoo the other days. It is gentle and actually makes your hair feel really soft and clean. A must-have if you swim in pools very often and have processed hair, or light colored hair that collects the chlorine.
