No the most flattering
I am 5'3', 125lbs with a 36C bust. I wanted to love this dress. The pattern is adorable, the material is nice, but the fit is awful. The elastic part sits directly under the breast area and is not flattering. I was expecting that like other maxi dresses I have, it would sit 1/2 to 3/4 inch below the breast. But that is my personal preference, if it does not bother you, it is a super cute dress.
