Worked great. Just needed an adapter for an old monitor to connect to a modern PC, and it retained the picture quality quite well and was veyr simple to plug in and set up. Haven't had any connectivity issues so far, and I can see this lasting for quite a long time. Definitely get one of these if you just need a simple adapter, gets the job done well.

Pretty good, gets the job done. I use it for my second monitor however it tends to overheat and the video kind of shuts off. Can't really blame the product, my computer gets very hot from editing videos

I recently had a media center desktop computer upgraded to new components (CPU, Memory, etc.). This computer had two HDMI outputs. In the "second" system in which I use this computer I have a 7" monitor and a video projector. I use the monitor when I play music and the projector when I show movies using this system. (I can use them both at the same time but I usually do not do so.) Well, that media center computer HAD two HDMI outputs but the newer components came with only one HDMI output and one Display Port output. I have nothing that uses Display Port and I need that second output. What to do? As always, when I run across a problem like this, I did a search here on Amazon to see what I could buy to rectify the situation. Obviously, as you can tell from my Star rating and the title of my review, it works absolutely perfectly. And for $5.99 you just can't go wrong. It's a genuine bargain. EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
