Save your hands
I’ve only used it on my Pull-up rack so far. It makes the bar more comfortable to grip, helps with grip and saves your hands from getting callouses.

Thin but nice and grippy
It was easy to tear to length and apply, although it was easy to crease when applying to the curved surface of gymnastic rings. Quality and function was good, it provided a nice grippy surface, but don't expect cushioning, it is very thin and does not provide any cushioning comfort, if looking for comfort, I would recommend looking for a different product like handle bar tape. Overall, I'm happy, I think this inexpensive tape is good value & fit for purpose; and there was more than enough to cover my barbell and as an added benefit it gave some insulation against the freezing cold metal - my free weight gym equipment is under an enclosed carport, so is at ambient temperature - the metal is freezing at this time of year, this tape definitely made the barbell more comfortable to use against bare skin.

Good, strong Anti-Sweat Grip Tape
One roll does all you can see in the photo, both parallettes and my wrist roller, with enough spare to do the wrist roller again. Fair for a fiver. Struggle with sweaty hands during workouts, hyperhidrosis, and this gives me something to grip even if I'm a clammy mess. I used some black electrical tape to finish either end of the tape so the ends don't fray, and the grip tape itself is good and sticky. I've discovered that it's quite addictive wrapping things, so I'm off to do the remote and some door handles. Maybe make a sports plunger too.

Good
Needed this because my pullup bar has small spikes on for grip which dig into your hand and hurt. The tape covered this and was comfortable.

Does not provide a good grip when using a pull-up bar.
I do not feel that this product works very well, for hanging from a pull up bar. If I use chalk on my hands I can last much longer. Using this tape, I lost hold after about 75 seconds. So I would not recommend it for this purpose.

Adds tons of grip to a bar, very useful. Depending on the usage, it can get wrinkled and needs to be replaced after a while.
