RIVERSOFT SF-15 PRO abs shower and tap filter for hard water with 15 stage (Chrome, Pack of 1)

I live in Gurgaon in an apartment and cannot install a water softener for the whole apartment. The product showed effect after 1-2 showers and my hairfall has reduced drastically. Good product. - Very easy to install. I was able to install in less than 5 minutes.- Looks aesthetically clean.- Packaging can be improved.

No other product in my years of experimenting with my hair, had given me smoothness and shine that this product has given me. This product purifies the tap water and thus helps in reduction in hair fall upto a great extent. I only washed my hairs twice with this filtered water and the result is pretty amazing. Must buy.

Date: Feb 12, 2020.Immediately after my review, the seller got in touch with me and was very cordial and explained that this is something they do not expect. When I told them that in my second bathroom, I have a competitive product installed which has been working for a month longer, they immediately agreed to send a new cartridge free of cost and have promised to follow up in another 3-4 weeks.I am impressed by their promptness and being frank & transparent. So, I have revised the rating to 4-star. If this cartridge works well, I'll change the rating to 5-star.Older review:---------------------------Please do not buy this. Within 3-4 days of installation, the water flow started decreasing. In 2-3 weeks time, the water is not flowing out at all. I removed and reinstalled, opened and closed it.... But noting works.Money gone down the drain!

Pathetic product. Just a fad. Firstly not as easy to install as they say. Finding an adapter could be pain. I ended up spending Rs.300 for plumbing services. Next, I was suspicious of the claim made by these so called softeners so had ordered hard water testing kit (not a TDS tester as seller says that the devices does not reduces TDS but softens water by removing calcium carbonate and magnesium from water). And the claims were blown up by water testing. Prior to installing the device, the hardness ppm was approx. 625 and after installation of the device............ it was exactly 600 (such minute difference could be because of error in calculation). So this is just a mechanism to take the money from consumer and giving them a non functional product. My advice: simply do not buy. I accidentally threw the box and hence could not return the product. Will keep it as reminder of my foolishness for falling to these fads.
