I feel the difference
I found to have more energy throughout the day. My only complaint and its kind of a big deal is it went up $10 in price in 1 month. And it was backordered when I went to reorder. So those 2 things give it a 4 star and I will try a competitor with the exact same ingredients for $10 less. Overall good product. But expensive.

I have more energy when I consistently take them with my meals
Not as expensive as other brands. When I take them with my meals consistently I do have more energy. If I forget to take them I don't seem to get as much done in a day. I'm noticing my nails and hair have grown faster. This is my second month.

Does what it describes to do
Helps me get more veggies and fruits in my diet. Taste is not pleasant, but it is tolerable

slight after taste
I was looking for something similar to Balance of Nature. This is the second brand Ive tried. This brand while fine to swallow for me does have an unpleasant after taste. Also the ingredients is both capsules are almost the same dull color. So I questions the ingredients. The first brand I tried had vivid colors - one was obviously green and the other red. So I question the quality of these ingredients

Economic choice
I am a vitamin/mineral fanatic. I admit it! However, there is a small problem with a product that proves valuable so it doubles in price. I found this true of a certain memory pill too. The benefits and ingredient list in Super fruit and Super veggie pills are the same as I found in a similar product for almost double the price. It's handy to just take these two bottles on a weekend getaway instead of 7 or 8 separate vitamin bottles. Guess a short review is, this product delivers the same benefit as more expensive brands.

Very Bad Taste !!!!
I cannot say for sure if it is really working as I see no change in my health. Futher and yo me, it it difficult to swallow and has a horrible taste !!!!!

Great value for the money
Just got these fruit and veggie supplements. I believe in a short time they will make me feel better. I, like a lot of adults, just do not eat the proper amount of fruits and veggies.
