Yaaaaaaassss!
This is hands down the best low carb pasta substitute I've ever tried! As I'm sure most of you who follow a low-carb lifestyle know, most are either grainy and fall apart, slimy and taste like fish, or make false promises with some sort of indigestible ingredient that doesn't affect the net carbs enough to constitute the price. Thus I resigned myself to zoodles a long, long time ago. Don't get me wrong, I love zoodles, but the only problem is that you have to perfectly compliment the flavor of the zucchini and not every sauce goes. This black soybean spaghetti has such a mild flavor, it's worked with everything! Now, obviously, this isn't an exact replica of the real thing but it gets the job done and is so well priced, it will definitely become a staple in my pantry!

Decent spaghetti substitute
Cooks up fast. Cured our pasta craving after being on a Keto diet for 2 months. The noodles held a lot of water. I drained twice, but it seemed like water seeped out of the noodles after they were on the plate. I'd still buy again.

Don't Cook the Entire Box Unless You Are Having a Party
I put the box of noodles in my pressure cooker and barely covered with chicken broth and a little water, plus some salt. I cooked them on the "rice" setting (10 minutes), then drained well and put into a bowl. I had some leftover chicken, so I heated it with some Alfredo sauce and put Parmesan on the top. OMG, this was so good, I'm not ever going to eat any other spaghetti noodles again. And it made a ton of pasta!

Soy pasta
I didn't like the texture of this but for low or no carbs it was perfect

Not a spaghetti replacer....
Go ahead and try this if you are desperate. They come out course and hard to chew. Consistency of a well cooked clothesline, and just as tasty. Had high hopes, but they were dashed. I'm sure you can get creative with them, but as a pasta replacer they do not cut the sauce.....
Y**.
Cardboard
This was so gross. I never throw away food but i couldn't eat my dinner these tasted like cardboard...my bf said he could tolerate it so thats the only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1
