Poor packing of good. Should have considered the fact that it's a delicate product should have packed extra care. Chain for both the earing is all tangled on top of the only one rubber cap instead 2. I am extremely disappointed and super scared to even attempt to detangle them in fear thar it might break. Super upset.

The butterfly dangles from the ear, doesn't fit on ear lobe. Not similar product as shown .Colour is good no defects , but the dangling part is disappointing.
