Very sparse, unclear instructions. Even for two cups (one average mug) the coffee is too lukewarm to drink. Cannot change beans for decaf in the evening until all the caffeinated beans are finished, or you just have to put the exact amount of beans each time. On the positive side, ease of cleaning the reusable filter and its plastic support funnel. But the reusable filter seems very fllimsy, not a metal mesh, so it may not last long. No info about using paper filters or a better permanent filter. The strength and size of grind settings do not make much difference. Dilute coffee (OK by me, as I do not like bitter taste). I bought this unit because all the other similar products with high ratings had obvious problems revealed in the comments. This unit had only one comment and I tossed a coin! Not much info anywhere about this brand for replacing any broken parts. The carafe operates with the spring loaded valve of the funnel, so you cannot use a mug or other cup even for the mug-size two cups coffee drink.

The spout spills when I try to pour a cup. There is no difference in the grind selection. It does not stay hot long enough to enjoy a cup two hours later. I am back to using my old Cusinart which I love but I thought I could have a coffee grinder included to eliminate an extra electrical appliance. Boy was I wrong.

The coasre to fine setting only seeems to add more beans not how fine they are ground. I am always getting ground in the coffee pot.

I have had this coffee pot for 4 months and it has worked great, but this week it started acting up and no longer will make the correct amount of cups. Program the machine for 10 cups and it will grind the right amount of beans but only brew a random number such as 2, 4, or 6. Would not recommend this coffee maker.

I have had this coffee maker for 6 months. The coffee flavor became strong and stronger. I discovered the total amount of water had not been pumping through the coffee maker .. 6 months old.What a disappointment. Won’t but this one again

I have had this for 2 years now and I love it. My sisters has the same one. You can’t go wrong with this one.

We purchased the Keyton grind and brew automatic drip coffee maker in April and within a month the carafe had broken. Since then We have had no success finding a replacement carafe through either Amazon or Keaton. Nice coffee maker but Very disappointed.
