I'm a child of the 80's. If you are too do you remember the really really very cheap nail polish that was targeted to little girls? You had to hold your nose because it smelled like chemicals so badly. And 5 mins after the seemingly endless time it took to dry, the polish would then get messed up at the barest touch. Then you could quickly and easily peel it off. Sometimes with your friends you'd try to see who could peel it off an entire fingernail. Remember anything like that? I'm pretty sure this is that stuff without the cheap coloring. Oh the burning is an added feature. They can make smudge proof lipstick that works. Why can't they make a clear after application of lip color smudge proof liquid, balm, del or stick?
