Sound is low quality
Having finally heard what nice tingsha sound like, these are far from it. These are low quality, untuned, sound too bright and have a harsh timbre. Apart from that they are constructed well and would work in a pinch, but the sound does not have a relaxing tone that one would want with a meditation tool.
