These bowls are great. they aren't the thickest metal but they work fine. I put them in the dishwasher often and they are fine. the rubber on the bottom keeps them from sliding across the floor when the dogs eat.

I have these bowls purchased a number of years ago. I wanted additional bowls for my other dogs. The new bowls are good but are lighter weight stainless steel than my bowls previously purchased. Disappointed that the new bowls are not as heavy weight but still a good bowl.

Great bowls once the smell wears off. My dogs like to push their bowls around the floor and make a ton of noise. These keep the bowls quiet and in place. They did have a very strong chemical/ rubber odor at first. That took a few weeks of washing and use to wear off.Update 2022: I have ordered 2 more sets of these in the past few years. They now use a different non-skin material. It does not have the issue with a chemical odor. Excellent improvement.

We use these inside on a laminate wood floor. They're not as grippy as I could hope, but that's the floor's fault - none of the rubber-backed products from these bowls to rugs ever stay still. This is our 2nd set of these, and the first set is still going strong, years later, so when we got a 2nd dog, we went with these.

Our fur baby seems to like the bowl even though it doesn't give when he bites it. It doesn't break when we drop it like the last one did. Einstein licks it clean every time. It's a good bowl.

Exactly what it claims to be. Durapet (made by OurPet) bowls and dishes were some of the best available.OurPet no longer making bowls of this design, buy them while you can, if they suit your needs. OurPet still makes large Durapet bowls, but anodized and prettier(?), only with rounded, not straight sides. Minimum size 3.5 cups.If you want this design, buy them while you can, they won't be available much longer,

These are great! They fit into the stand that we have, and we have sometimes put them directly on the floor and the rubber bottom does it’s job, keeping it from slipping. They wash well - right into the dishwasher! Bought a second set as well so now our little girl always has a fresh bowl no matter what.

I ordered these dogs bowls because the specs listed them as 10.9". They are not. They are much smaller and do not fit in the holders I have for them. Due to a trip out of the country I am was unable to return them in a timely manner. I am stuck with bowls that I do not need because they are too small...and I have to purchase new bowls.
