The screws that hold the inner pan to the handle heats up to the point that it melts the handle screw holes, causing it to come apart when pulling once food is done cooking.

You will lose the rubber trivets! Can not be replaced!
Kalorik, in all of their wisdom, made this with small silicone trivet holders that disappear when you clean the part where the food sits. Then when you ask them for replacements they string you along as they did me, send the wrong parts, and refuse your 1 year warrantee. I'd buy from anyone but these people.Kalorik stinks.
