UPDATED: Overall the best countertop I've used, BUT...
UPDATE (10.7.23): Another one bit the dust last night. I'm beyond frustrated with these units just dying after 3-4 months. I have zero interest in pursuing another replacement. Time to move on to a more reliable brand. Buyer Beware!UPDATE (6.14.23): I was finally able to connect with someone and they sent a replacement unit. I received that in Mid-March and last night, literally at the 3-month mark it died again, just like the first one. It was pre-heating and then dead as a doornail. I'm really disappointed because I like the unit but I'm not going to replace every three months.I've previously owned several countertop ovens/air fryers; while each has pros and cons, this has been the most well-rounded unit I've had. I've had Emerill's 360, Ninja 10-in-1, and Instant Omni Pro.This unit comes with a lot of accessories, does a real preheat (looking at you Ninja), cooks evenly, and is actually easy to clean (except the very top where the heating element/fan is located.BUT...I received this in November 2022 and it died weeks ago. So that's a 2.5-3 month life on a pretty expensive unit. I'm still waiting to get some resolution with their customer service. I tried calling them but the message said that if it was an issue with the unit to email them at support@ with particular pieces of information, which I did. However, after almost two weeks of no response, I did both chat support and the contact form on the site. I finally got an acknowledgment, but they asked for the same information I've sent twice now. All that to say...if your unit dies, good luck with a timely response/resolution. I hope that I do in fact get a replacement unit.

The Porsche of Air Fryers
Within a few minutes of opening the package, my new air fryer was up and running. Setup was very easy - I followed the simple instructions that were included in the box. The product looks beautiful and matches perfectly with the rest of my stainless steel kitchen appliances. I was also pleased to see that it comes with a charcoal filter to minimize odors in the kitchen. The buttons are easy to use and the air fryer heats up quickly. On my first use, I made beef/lamb kofta, and it turned out amazing! Very juicy and flavorful! This was my first time making kofta. I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to make a gourmet meal - only 12 minutes. Better than anything similar that I've tried in a restaurant. Cleanup was surprisingly easy as well. I plan on using my new air fryer almost every night. Also, there is a 40 page recipe book included in the box. I'm already looking forward to my next dinner.

Kalorik sold out, quality went downhill, warranty support is horrible
Kalorik is no more, they were bought out by Legacy Companies. This new company is a vulture firm, so I would say cares even less, but according to reviews, Kalorik didn't care either. Neither cared about the brand, products, or customers who bought them. This oven suddenly died after only a few months of use, it just doesn't power on at all now. instead of honoring the warranty, this new company demands that you send them a picture and lots of information for no reason other than trying to deter you from them having to fix it. After providing that information to them, they introduced another hoop to jump through, making a video recording showing the unit not working. I don't have a device to record videos, and they don't care, and are still demanding one.Like other reviewers have noted, they also want you to cut the power cable of the old one. You read that correctly. They want you to destroy the broken unit. They don't want it back, but they want to make sure no one can fix it and maybe resell it. Could you get any more psychotic, greedy, and creepy?Kalorik and now Legacy Companies are greedy rotten companies with bad products. Stay far, far away!

Nice oven
Haven’t had the kalorik air fryer oven grill long enough for an in-depth review but so far I like it. Nice to not heat up my large oven. I’ve recently baked cookies which came out great. However I did not use the baking pan that came with the fryer but instead used existing stainless steel pans I already had. Makes a big difference in the end product. No burnt cookie bottoms. Makes a great rotisserie chicken too.

Needs a hotter broiler, for thinner steaks
Great oven. Heats up fast.Pro: the design makes helps keeps thing easy to clean I use the tray as another type of drip tray on the bottom rack to catch drippings from air fryer and keep things clean. The drippings tray has enough clearance to wrap in foil and not get stuck sliding it back into position. The broiler does heats up fast and can sear/cook a thick steak just fine. Upper rack air fryer works so much better than the standard position and glad they have this option. Works so much better than the emeril’s 360 airfryer oven we have. I think the charcoal filter helps but Not much. i think maybe the smell intensity don’t hit the bed rooms as much.Cons: the broiler isn’t hot enough for thinner steaks. The grill accessories I find works better for chicken or thicker steaks also but using the broiler is so much better I think. You can put a faster more solid sear than the grill plate. I have an Otto grill and I love it but going outside all the time is a pain. I know kalorik has the indoor electric version of the otto steak broiler also but we do not have enough counter space. If this oven uses the same broiler as the kalorik maxxx pizza oven and reaches the 600f, it will be an awesome compromise . Or maybe if the oven uses the airfryer heating element in addition to the two top heating elements when broiling and it will be the best all in one oven I think. There are YouTube videos showing this oven broiling and searing steaks on the top rack if anybody wants to see the demo. If the broiler can just get a little hotter it’ll be the perfect oven. Also the always on blue logo is kind of annoying. Rather it be a clock display than just a bright logo.

Totally disappointing
I purchased this as a Christmas gift. It has barely been used. Maybe a dozen times. Went to use it today for onion rings. It worked until it got down to 6 minutes from 15 and totally died. Checked breakers and nope so plugged it into another plug and still no. Toaster works in the same plugs when I plugged it in. Not impressed at all

You Need This! Don’t Hesitate!
I kept comparing all the brands and sizes, various models too, but finally decided to take the plunge, I bought this unit and it has allowed me so much freedom to downsize the number of small appliance I need, and the amount of energy I use for cooking, baking, roasting, toasting, air frying, and much more! I’m legally blind, so my sight is very limited, and I’m usually alone or if I have help it is for a very short time, this unit comes with so many accessories, and it makes dinging sounds when the time is done. Many settings with default temp/time that are super easy to adjust. Only one large button to press or spin the rest are digital so no need to press hard, just a light swipe to enable the “Start” , “Surrey or Oven” and the “Light” buttons. I bought it on a bit of a sale price, only about $50 off but it is not on sale often, and would be worth it even at regular price. I haven’t used the rotisserie yet, but have done roasts, fish, chicken strips, bacon, 6 slices of toast, a dozen small cookies. I’m thrilled! Don’t hesitate if you have a small household, or live alone get this model or I’m sure any of the others in this model line up are as good. This one os stainless inside and out so it’s easier for me to keep clean as well, that made it worth the extra cost in my situation.

Did not last and support is ignoring us.
Opened this and used it and loved it for 3 months, then it quit. The electronics just went dead. Tried contacting Kalorik through their website support three weeks ago and received the auto reply saying they would contact us within 48 hours. No response since then at all. We spent a lot of money on this and optimistically bought several accessories for it. Now we have hundreds of dollars worth of paper weights. We are hoping that this review will prompt a response from them. Updates to follow.

What it was ment for
Order came quick and was easy to use. Food prepared was tasty and very little fat. Cooked quicker then a conventional oven and was relatively easy to clean. Would highly recommend this product. Just a reminder to turn it on with no food for the first time and run it on high heat for first use to burn off any residue before cooking food.
