Easy reading. Points out the obvious that’s forgotten over time and or never thought of. A must read for all.

This is a good read, lots of takeaways here, yet a simple practical book that if you apply the things here to your marriage, no doubt your life will improve

I've been looking for a book that discussed the different categories of intimacy and how to achieve them for over 2 years! I'm so glad that I finally found this book! It's EXACTLY what I've been looking for and feel so empowered! It teaches you about every form of intimacy: emotional, intellectual, relational, social, spiritual, and physical & sexual. What I love about it is that it gives a lot of ideas and empowering questions for growing each category so it serves as a guide for both people with the questions and guidance on how to build intimacy together. Instead of mastering hard concepts, it's very practical and actionable, and helps those who may be less emotionally intelligent or aware of their emotions so you can help draw them out with your questions and conversations! Thank you so much Marcus and Ashley! I've read probably over 100 marriage books from simple to complex and THIS is the book that gave me my hope and sense of empowerment back to achieve the kind of relationship that I've been looking for with my significant other!

Not bad, worth reading, but clearly they are still early in their marriage, 10-15 years. They still have a lot to learn. If you've been happily married 20-plus years, you already know all of this.

My wife and I enjoyed the book. It was a real eye opener for us. The tools in this book can assist with improving the quality of your marriage.

It is written from both male and female viewpoints of a married couple, and it helped me identify areas where I could have been more respectful and sensitive to my wife's inputs and needs. Very worthwhile reading for anyone who wishes to enhance or improve a relationship by opening up sensitive areas for thoughtful consideration or discussion.

The authors speak from personal experience. This way you realize your not alone in your struggles. Keep an open mind.

This is a great book with lots of info. The best part is the exercises to do. I love that the authors share their own experiences. It gives us an idea what we should be concentrating on for each chapter. I love all the concrete exemples.

Great book! You gain a better insight into your marriage and how emotions and intimacy do play a big roll with your partner. I highly recommend this book for any newlyweds, people that are in long term relationships and those that have been married for years.

Don’t waist your money. I have no idea where people got 4 and 5 stars from. This book was such a disappointment. Try a John and Julie Gottman book instead. Too much about how the authors did things vs what actually works. This book could have worked better as a blog. It’s essentially an autobiography on the couples marriage and felt sooo repetitive. I would not recommend

a very good read with useable information.
