Not much to say, they're a pack of 100 circles of colored, stretchy nylon. Pantyhose material pretty much. They do have a lot of stretch but don't fully go back to original side once used. Very soft. The assortment of colors is a little odd but as pictured, so no real complaints. I just maybe would have preferred more primary and secondary colors instead of weird shades of periwinkle, tan, mint green, etc.I didn't count them all and my toddler immediately threw the whole pile in all directions of the room so I'll have to assume they were all there. I got them for my toddler and they tolerate one for a few hours at most but they don't like anything in their hair in general.Probably more expensive than they're worth just being a tube of pantyhose-like nylon sliced into a 100 pieces, but oh well.

I like that the colors are very close to what’s pictured in the ad. They feel very soft and I think they would be suitable for babies tender head. I tried one on my head and it wasn’t super tight. At $.10 apiece, I don’t see how you could go wrong.

Love these! Great colors and a ton of them!! VERY elastic to grow with my 5 month old grandaughter's head!! I tie a few colors together, or snap on a bow, barrette or flower - ready to go!! LOVE THESE!! PERFECT. Customize ANYTHING she wears!!

I like these and the colours that come in the mixed bag. Sadly one of my bags came short of 5 and the other one came with the correct amount, I am not mad tho. Perfect for babies. Stretches incredibly well. Holds shape as long as you don't stretch it pass where you want it to be. So soft. Will buy again.
