Nice quality
I purchased several rolls of this tissue festooning in various colors for use in craft projects. The colors are lovely and the construction is very sturdy and a good quality. I’m looking forward to using them for some Easter projects

Product was old and faded! Not satisfied with this purchase at all!
The color was supposed to be royal blue but faded in many areas as if it had been left in the sun. Was not neatly packaged. Bad product!

NOT a medium blue
I would not call this a medium blue. It looks very purple with a hint of blue in person and is definitely NOT what I was looking for. Will be returning although I'm sure shipping for the return will almost cost as much as the product cost.
