Entertaining
All my cats enjoy it. I originally bought it for one with bad front legs to try and encourage her to play. She liked it but it was a bit much for her. Toy side and laser dont move on their own like I thought but they don't care. With the toy being low to the ground the laser is either near the toy or on the walls. No real in between... again they don't care. One cat played with it for a good 45min or so.

Ingenious little device with one flaw.
So I won't lie: I find this thing creepy as hell. It chased me across the kitchen and even course-corrected when I did. The way it actually moves like frightened prey is unnerving. But that's exactly why my hyperactive, demanding new kitten loves it, and this thing is saving my life.I have not been able to sleep or get work done for more than 30 minutes at a time because if I'm not paying attention to her, she goes full demon cat mode with jumping on things she shouldn't be on, breaking stuff, knocking things over, etc. I try to set aside a lot of daily active playtime with her to make sure she's getting more than enough attention and affection, but she's a Maine Coon and to say they're high maintenance is the understatement of the year. Training her with the water spray bottle doesn't help because even if it's negative attention, it's still attention, so it's reinforcing that she can wake me up and get me to pay attention to her.So what does help?Wearing her out with this thing on high speed. She can play with this toy for *hours.* As long as the battery charge lasts or it doesn't get stuck. And amazingly it doesn't get stuck that often, as it cycles through changing motion patterns and eventually one of the patterns will cause it to back out of wherever it wedged itself into so it can resume free motion across the floor. She loves it, it exhausts her, it gives me time to function like a normal adult so I can rest and also do the job that pays for her kibble. So why one star off?The wand attachments do not stay attached for long. They're designed to look like they should screw in, but they do not. They snap in partway and refuse to screw in any further. Which means it's very easy to rip them out, and it's not uncommon for me to look up and see my kitten trotting past my office door with the wand attachment triumphantly in her mouth, the toy itself abandoned now that she got her trophy. I have to reattach it several times a day. If it would actually stay in place, then this would be five stars.

Works well, but no replacement pieces (feathers or ribbons) available
Does everything it says and both cats like it. Mama cat destroys feathers (in a loving way), though, and there are no replacement pieces available according to the seller…so it is just a spinning disc with a light neither cat cares about now.

2 in 1 for me. I might like it more than the cat lol
The media could not be loaded. Fun little toy. My cat is scared of everything but seemed to find interest in this pretty quickly. He has recently gone from inside/outside to an inside kitty and constantly wants me to play with him. I try to occupy him as much as possible but there's times I just need to get stuff done lol.like that it has multiple settings, if it hits a wall it will eventually correct its self. it does get stuck on rugs or anything that isn't completely level with the ground. So that's kind of annoying when I have to fix it if it tries to go over the rug. Wish that could be fixed but oh well.My sugar gliders love it too so I guess it's a 2 for 1 when it's going. they like to chase the light and follow it when it drives by the cage. (please do not put inside cage if you have sugar gliders) luckily the cage floor isn't level with the carpet so it gets stuck before they can reach it. But glad that all my fur babies get some kind of fun out of it. :)

Did I get a dud?
Been on the hunt for a laser toy for my princess. The one she has now, the laser goes in circles and she just loses interest. This one seemed promising, both for her and my fatty boy. First when i opened the box, I could tell it had already been used. There were pink feather and hair stuck in the tires already. Whatever, i just cleaned it out and charged it. Later in the evening we whipped it out to see how the cats would react. Initially Daisy was all over it and then when I added the shimmery little tail, that caught the attention of Fatty! But this thing just keeps finding a corner and getting stuck in it or just goes around in circles in the same spot. The cats are interested but it's not really functional and I don't see this actually stimulating the cats. After a few hours Daisy was back to pawing at my leg and crying for attention. The darn thing was stuck on stupid in the corner of the dining room AGAIN so I just gave up and played with a regular laser with her. I'll give it a few more tries but this might be on the return path soon.

Cat loves it but...
My cat went NUTS over it the first day. The second day not so much. I switched the dangle toy out for a different one that I knew he loved. Over the following days he became almost bored with it but he does still play with it! Just not as crazily as he did that first day. He's not so much interest in the laser part and I wish there was a way to turn that on/off, but I am satisfied though! We have fishing pole toys and he would turn into the devil when playing with those - he would catch the dangle/feathers etc and NOT let go, growl and spit over it. This toy taught him is okay to let it go and just chase. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars is that the adjustable arm can no longer stay upright. It just flops down. But the toy as a whole is still enjoyable for my kitty.
