This is not a rating against the product itself but rather on the side affects I suffered. This supplement is fairly priced, of very good quality, and a good buy. Matter of fact, I tried the garlic pills for three months before stopping. Why did I stop? Because every single time I took it, I suffered from bouts of gas and indigestion. Since I took it morning and night, I suffered the side affects throughout the entire day. The very day I stopped taking it, the episodes of gas stopped completely! I have now been off of it for an entire week and virtually no bouts of gas have returned no matter what I eat. Of course, most supplements have side affects and you just learn to deal with them if the benefit trade off is high enough. But for me, I was taking it for improved circulation and did not get any benefit at all from these pills. I gave it enough time to work but was pretty slow in realizing what it was doing to my digestive system. I'm not a fan of garlic anyway so don't miss it but I did pay the price for the experiment, that's for sure.

It’s a bit on the thick side for being a circle tablet and not a capsule. Be careful when swallowing. Garlic odor present a bit but flavor wise nothing really as long as you swallow it quickly.

Gave me horrible gas and cramps, awful taste 😅
