I ordered these dumbbells in 60’s. I bought online instead of fumbling awkwardly around a store with 120 lbs. For some unknown reason I only received a single 50. I contacted Livefit and in 3 days I had my correct dumbbells. I understand everyone inadvertently makes errors but the correction and speed on their side was excellent. I highly recommend!

Product is exactly what I expected but there was no communication about the shipment. The tacking number given was incorrect, so I couldn’t track my order. The dumbbells arrived in two separate shipments on different days, multiple days apart. Each box was extremely damaged. Product was fine. Just added stress at Christmas.

I bought these dumbells for two reasons... price and the high review rating. Just let me say that the price was the best I could find ANYWHERE and the product quality is excellent!!!What really impressed me though was the customer service... Living Fit Customer Service Dept. is SIMPLY PHENOMENAL!!!This is the way all companies should operate!!!When I reported a shipping glitch, they responded within the hour.... on a Saturday night, no less!!!They got everything straightened out immediately and followed through with me until things were right and I was smiling.These days it's hard to find folks who care about their customers..... well these guys do!!!Would I buy from them again?.... ABSOLUTELY!!!.... They're my new "go to" for exercise equipment!!!

I’m only marking this as a 4 star because the product came with some kind of weird resin on it. The resin has caused the dumbbell set to be very slippery at times while I am using them
