Brought this ball launcher to send the dog's ball further than I can throw it but this item is very disappointing as I can throw the ball further by hand and with the throwing stick. The ball launcher is also very awkward to carry along the street. The dog likes the feel of the balls that come with the launcher and the poo bags carrier is useful. I would send the item back if I could but unfortunately I have recycled the packaging and dog has used the ball/poo bags

Absolutely brilliant, my little dog loves this.

I bought this item, thinking that it looked robust. It IS robust but the spring is hard to pull out. It is also quite heavy. when you shoot, the ball just sort of dribbles out the end. If using the balls provided, they go a couple of meters.I tried with smaller balls and it shoots maybe 3 meters max.A disappointing buy.

Dougie likes this product, it is a good shooter...for me personally I am not a fan of it I find it too bulky and its too long, I also find it difficult to pull the handle once loaded. Sorry!!

I brought this for my dog, although it works we get more distance with a ball launcher. Can be a little tricky to pull back (slightly lacking a lot of upper body strength) but will update after a few more uses as these things can be a little stiff to start with

A total waste of your time and money.. we expected it a least to go more tha a few yardsSave you money , don't buy this item , or give money to a dog charity instead

Brilliant well made very light and easy to use

The mechanism is stiff and noisy. It scared my dogs! Despite requiring significant effort to pull back the spring loaded handle the launcher doesn't actually properly the ball very far. I get better distance using a manual launcher. The product promises hands free ball pick up, but I found this not to be true and resorted to picking up the muddy ball by hand. In my opinion it's not worth the approximately £17 price. It's going straight in the hall cupboard never to be used again!!
