I bought the Herbal Secrets Neem tablets after reading reviews about parasite cleanse benefits. I have been dealing with parasites for a long time. After using this product for about 3 weeks I have not seen any parasite cleansing (yet). But, I am experiencing another benefit from this product. It seems to be cleansing my body of yeast.
