Crystal Healing Treatments: A Beginner's Guide: Plus 100 Power Crystals & Their Uses

I downloaded this book when I saw it on a site that was giving away copies in exchange for honest reviews. I am interested in how crystals can improve mood, and I recently learned first-level Reiki and wanted to learn more about how crystals and Reiki go together. There is a lot of information about different types of crystals here -- very comprehensive indeed!The section on how to use a Master Crystal was helpful to me because I own a large quartz crystal that I felt drawn to buy many years ago, but didn't have a good sense of what to do with it before now.This book could be improved by adding anecdotes describing how people have used crystals when going through particular life situations. Its style is a bit dry and textbook-like. Still, I appreciated the author's careful work in putting it together.

This is a great little book to get you started on healing with crystals. It is a concise, no nonsense read and easy to dip in and out of. As a crystal healer myself, the 100 power crystals section is particularly handy.
