I originally purchased this oil to make my own cuticle product, but I've also discovered that adding a little to my everyday (Astral) cream it gives me the addition of feeding my skin with Vitamin E.I'll add a small drop to a smoothie occasionally, feed my cuticles before /after a gel manicure and by adding some essential oil (lavender) I'm getting a full body feel-good sense
