I bought this as I heard Dr. Alan Mandel telling on his YouTube channel that Magnesium Glycinate is good remedy for insomnia. It is true! After taking just one capsule I slept deeply!

Except for the magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide within... it is an overall good effective magnesium

Arrived very late , and it’s damaged from inside powder inside all over the bottle , looks maintained in poor conditionAnd worst part can’t return it !!

When I received this order, some of the capsules were broken and the medicen inside was all over the bottle!Sadly it’s not refundable!

The item received damaged and open medicine and it is not refundable. Waste of money.

The supplement is OK but not worth the value of it.

Excelente producto, cápsulas de buen tamaño, caducidad y sello al vacio en excelente estado. Lo que si y leí en un comentario es que efectivamente la etiqueta del bote se ve como si estubiera ya muy vieja y las capsulas como si tuvieran un poco de talco Pero se entiende por el mismo contenido de ellas, de ahí en fuera todo bien..

Estoy impresionada del efecto tan rapido de relajación y me dio tanto sueño a los 15-20min de que me tome la pastilla. Segun la recomendacion es tomar 2 capsulas, sin embargo yo solo tome 1 capsula y fue suficiente. Las super recomiendo tomar una media hora antes de dormir y adios estres

Lo comencé a tomar para mejorar el sueño, yo sufro de insomnio y aunque te recomienda dos cápsulas la verdad sentía que todo el día andaba somnolienta (empezar por una está bien)
