Except for the magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide within... it is an overall good effective magnesium

Damaged or maybe dangerous to use ?
Arrived very late , and it’s damaged from inside powder inside all over the bottle , looks maintained in poor condition And worst part can’t return it !!

The item received damaged and open medicine and it is not refundable. Waste of money.

When I received this order, some of the capsules were broken and the medicen inside was all over the bottle! Sadly it’s not refundable!

Capsules are a little bit large, but go down easily with some liquid or yogurt. Seems to really help with muscle spasms seems to be a consistent and quality product..
