Good recipes but the index is so infuriating that it makes it impossible to find anything. For example if you’re looking for Ribs then there’s nothing under R, nothing under S for spare ribs, nothing under B for BBQ. It’s hidden away under pork then fried!!Each item should be in the index many times with all possible variations.

Bought for my daughter-in-law as a stocking filler. She’s already cooked several different dishes and I have very much enjoyed being her taste tester.

Think I've got every book of Kenny's and this one doesn't disappoint either! You'll need a few new items for your kitchen cupboard but their easy to get either from Chinese supermarket or online.All recipes I've made so far are easy and quick to make meaning you're not waiting ages like you sometimes have to with a takeaway order!
