Essential
The filters are great and it's good to replace them as frequently as possible. The basket on the other hand clogs up the coffee and you don't get the full taste of the coffee. I will still be using paper coffee filters.

they're okay
These work, but once it starts to get flimsy that's when I toss it and replace it...rinse well under water to get the coffee grains off of it. good price for what it does

Was good at first
So it took me a while to use the New filter, because I wanted to use all my paper filters up first before I converted to the basket filter. Initially, I LOVED this filter. So easy to use and clean. I am a night shift nurse, so I only make coffee before work (3xs per week) However, about after one month of use the wire mesh has separated from the plastic base causing coffee grinds to be in the bottom of the coffee pot. I didn’t rough handle the basket or bend it in any sort of way. I still have the basket, and try to mold it back into the frame when it pops out, but ultimately I will buy another from the actual Mr Coffee company.

Great replacement for paper filters
Works great! I love the idea of not using paper coffee filters. I have always felt that it was such a waste. I rinse this out and it’s ready to go. I also like that it’s dishwasher safe.
