LG 1.5 Ton 3 Star DUAL Inverter Split AC (Copper, Super Convertible 5-in-1 Cooling, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection, PS-Q19YNXE, White)

It has the best feature of selecting the modes in which you want to operate the ac. I always use it in 40% power which gives nice cooling as mostly i am alone and also saves alot of energy resulting in less expenditure in terms of electricity.It has very less noise, so one can sleep very souldly.Its filter is also good and if you keep your room clean, you won't need to clean filter again and again.Only con i find is that it doesn't have horizontal swing and you can't turn of it's chime, which get irritating at times. It makes sound with every tap on button.All in all you should go with this product as this brand is trustable and lg has nice after sales service.

This is my 2nd purchase of LG AIr conditioner one bought in 2016 non inverter for 35k and this one also bought for the same price after doing a lot of research but worth it. only difference is inverter. Remote has no radium dont knw why?? Difficult to identify the buttons in sleep😔 size is quite smaller and looks elegant. No horizontal swing so it's a disadvantage. Overall a good product. Noiseless don't knw abt energy efficiency using since 2 daysV don't use sleep mode our AC runs till morning coz our pets also sleep with us in the same bedroom Installation cost me ₹4k🙄thought would be done for 1500 LG don't provide drainage pipe which is the must they charge extra for it and the extra cost for the tape and the extended copper pipe. But LG customer support was excellent🤏👍one day delivery from Amazon, very next day technician called for installation. Installation was done by a professional technician, too good🤏🤏overall a very good product go for it 😍given 4 stars bcoz the remote has no radium.

Wow, amazing. I alway believe brands like Carrier, Mitsubishi and Daikin. I bought one Carrier one LG and one Daikin.I am extremely satisfied and happy with LG. It cools down the room (21 fx15 f) at 26/38 degree so damn fast I have to either turn it off or increase the temperature to 30. I was highly apprehensive, doubtful about going with LG aircons.Carrier (1.5 t in 21x15 f) and Daikin (1 t in 10x10 f) both have no match with this LG aircon. Later i recommend this to my sister and they too find it very effective.Observation made above are during scorching summer time.One thing is distance between indoor and outdoor units in case of LG is very very less. <2mtr pipe used.In case of carrier and Daikin it's 3mtr.

Installation happened immediately on the same day which is good.When we opened the box the copper pipes were missing, the installation guy said go ahead with the installation you will get the reimbursement from Amazon.They charged 1400 for core drilling + 800 for the stand + 1414 for the standard installation + 150 for the drain pipe which was similar like a garden pipe (very poor quality) + 3000 for the 3 meter copper pipe + 100 for the Top Pin.The installation guy was very rude and did listen to where to install it.He installed the AC at a very high position, just a few inches below the ceiling which will make it very difficult for servicing.They messed up the wall paint while core drilling.Also the screw used were of very poor quality.Did not seal the hole from outside.They left the drain pipe hanging on below AC's out unit.They were in a such a hurry, despite asking multiple times they did not give me the demo.When I told, I will not share the happiness code, he said that I will not get the Job Sheet and Bill which is required to get the reimbursement amount from amazon, I had no option but to share the code. Still they took 2 days to share the bill and job sheet, I had to call them multiple times to get it.Now comes the bad part of Amazon,I raised a complaint with amazon that I did not get the copper pipes in the box. They said share the bill first, a cs guy told me only bill is sufficient hence I shared only the bill. He said you will get it your Amazon pay balance within 3 days. But I did not get it in 3 days hence I called them I again then that cs guy told me to share the job sheet and told me that you will only get the 2250 for the copper pipes i.e. 750 / meter, I argued a lot but they did not listen they said their policy has changed and they now pay only 3 meter and 750 / meter only. Despite arguing a lot, I had to settle for 2250 only, so the loss of 750. They said if you want pipes we will provide but raise the replacement order and did not want to go through all that hassle once again (dismantle everything and sent it for the replacement) and the heat was at its peak in the last week of April.So the conclusion is,if you want the peace of mind and a good product just go to a reputed offline store and buy it from there.And don't go for a brand just for the name or service. As in my case I went ahead with LG due to warranty and service but the service was disastor from LG. A friend has purchased HiSense his AC is somewhat better than mine. He got it for 26k.

AC is good , I bought this 3 star 1.5 ton AC in end June 2022, Cooling is good, my room size is 12ftx15ft This AC takes approx 5 min to chill my room AC has no sound Indoor as well as out door unit, only bad thing is installation charge , as per company norms it's cost was rs 1145+gst but after installation they force me to paid rs 4487 that was too high, you can convert your Ac into 0.75 ton to 2 ton for half an hr, will update about energy efficiency after 1 month, but over all experience is good , your ac performance is depend upon on your Installation engineerReview update after one season use.Performance is good but time taken for cooling is increasedProduct is Energy efficient
