Incredible customer service and communication. I originally received a defective item, the prongs that hold up whatever you place in it were loose and sagging, and the seller offered to replace it at no charge and with no questions asked. I am amazed at how understanding they were and how they just want to make it right. I will definitely be buying again. I bought this to use with my nintendo switch and it works beautifully. It is heavier that the Hori stand I bought before but is much more sturdy and when it holds up, much thinner and easier to fit into a carry case. It has better viewing angles as well in my opinion. The only downside is that the stand sits too low to the surface of anything it's set up on and won't allow the switch to charge using the included AC adaptor since it can't fit. I bought an angled usb c adaptor cable to remedy this and can happily report it works fine. I love the rubber texture on the pressure points. Makes me feel very safe putting any device on it without the fear of it scratching. It causes enough friction as well to feel like it anything would slip off easily. The price is also a steal for such a great stand made of metal.

Shoddy construction, it's loose and has nicks and irregularities. Too heavy as well, weights more than my phone. It's ok for $10 I guess... Pretty mediocre.EDIT: Added photosUPDATE: I traveled across the country. I have TSA Pre, and got secondary screening both times. Upon asking a bit more, due to the size, shape and material, TSA is flagging this as a gun magazine. Be aware if you want to take this with you on a plane... it will cause delays.

Works well as a stand for the Nintendo switch, I've used it for a number of flights, and it worked well enough. Folds up small enough to fit in the carrying case for the Switch.One thing to be aware of, is that your chances of being stopped by TSA with this is fairly high. On an Xray machine, it looks a lot like a pocket knife, expect for them to search your carry on. Save some time and put it separately where it's easily identified.

Stylish, heavy, and durable, it's a not an unfair value for the price. However, it slides all over the place and collapses WAY too easily. Would do well to build a locking feature into the design so the piece doesn't collapse on itself with the slightest touch. Then again, virtually every stand could use a locking feature...such a simple thing, and seems pretty intuitive to me! Anyway, get that locking feature on there and you will have my five-star vote.

This is by far the best stand I had used for my phone. I like to prop up my phone while doing dishes or cooking to catch up on my YouTube subscriptions, and this stand not only supports a nice range of devices, but can be used at multiple angles and has a really sturdy construction. I was surprised at how heavy this stand was, but I like it. To me this feels like something that is sturdy and has good build quality, unlike the other stands I have tried.

I thought about dropping to a 4 star because you can not charge while playing on the stand with a standard USB - C cable, however there are USB - C cables with a right angle that work perfectly. I just got one of those and throw that one in my bag and am good to go. Very compact, but the rubber feet make it perfect for a plane ride. For $10 it's a great deal

I like how portable it is and the switch fits nicely on it. It fits nicely in my carrying case. Only issue is that it is sort of heavy for how small it is, but that's not a big deal.

If you fly with this, take it out of your bag when you go through security. TSA gave me the pat down and went through all of my stuff because they thought this was a knife.It works great for my Nintendo Switch, the build quality is really good also.
