Please note: Dr. Janet uses no aerosol propellants in her products. Instead, she uses "air pump" bottles from Italy to dispense her serums. Occasionally, a pump will lose its prime. If this happens, simply pump the dispenser hard for as many times as needed to restore pressure. On the rare occasion that a pump may be defective, Dr. Janet will gladly replace the product at no charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
