Thanks a lot for this question, it's a great one. The respective image compares moringa as a plant to other foods to understand its benefits. For dosing, we recommend taking one capsule twice daily, once at breakfast and once at lunch.

One of the best features of our Organic Moringa is that it is safe for everyday use. When you are taking Moringa for the first time, begin with small doses – maybe one capsule a day in the morning at breakfast. Observe any changes that you experience and, then, increase your dosage after a couple of days to get to a stage where you are taking one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon with meals.

Everyone's body chemistry and responses are unique and it is best to experiment with doses during the day to see what suits you the best.

Why is moringa brown? I have doubt about this product as it’s suppose to be green.

Hello Nadia ,my name is Alpa and I am the co-founder of True Veda. Thank you for your question. We understand your concern. First off, please note that our capsules contain plants' extract not powder. The extract is a much more powerful and concentrated version than the powder. We use a patented technology called Natural Fusion Extract®️. We extract all the plants active nutrients in the most natural way using only water and clean carbon dioxide, which is the cleanest form of extraction. Once the phytonutrients are extracted, the color of the dried product will be brown; it can’t be a leafy color as green. Some competitors are using moringa powder for their capsules (as opposed to our extract), that's why they are green in color but will lack the phytoconstituents of the extract. In general, all extracts of leaf origin turn brown upon extraction. Though I cannot attach it here, we have Certificate of Analysis from our supplier to attest to this.
