Walnut Hollow Country Wood Four Gun Rack with Hand-Rubbed Finish

I'm pleasantly surprised with this. Assembly was easy, and the instructions were good with photos provided. The pieces fit together nicely, the edges are square, the pilot holes are drilled and countersunk accurately, and everything is sanded smooth. The rack is designed for rifles that have traditional stocks. If your rifles have pistol grips and scopes you likely will not fit 4 rifles on this rack. I managed to fit three rifles with pistol grips and scopes; one on the top, one on the bottom and the third rifle takes up the two middle slots.The wood appears to be light weight pine, not furniture grade, but it's straight, square and free of cracks or other defects. I like the stain because it happens to match the pine furniture in my office. All that said, this is not a furniture quality piece, it's more on the informal side, but quite solid. However, the price is well below furniture quality. It looks nice on the wall in my office and I'm quite happy with it, especially considering the price.

More rifles & shotguns fit in it, and they fit better. The wood is a higher quality than the Evan's so more likely not to crack when assembling it, and it has been well sanded so felt isn't necessary for the hooks. If I could only pick one wall rack to own, this is the one.
