Highly recommend
My son has always had stomach issues but they got substantially worse in early September. Nothing we seemed to do helped. After his blood tests were normal I went ahead and got this test. He's 15 and this one covers kids. The other tests I looked at were all for adults. This one is also nicely priced. I got one for myself just for fun. My son was smarter than me and just cut a small area of hair off; I tried the finger comb and use what came out. HIs way was soooo much easier. We got the results about 10 days after we mailed it off. By eliminating two of his severe sensitivities and one of his moderate his stomach issues did a 180 almost overnight. Each time he's had an issue we've been able to determine he accidentally ate one something with one of the three (yeast, yellow 6 and sorbitol). Sorbitol is in tums which explains why those never seemed to help but almost made it worse. I can't even imagine where we would be without this.

Waste of time and money!
I was excited to try this out. Unfortunately, my results only gave me three foods that I am supposedly intolerant of. I know for a fact that I have lactose intolerance yet somehow that magically never came up on this report which leads me to question the accuracy of the information. According to this report, I was fine eating dairy and cheese but yet I have many other official doctors reports that say otherwise. So the fact that this report did not Pick up on any lactose sensitivity means that it was $50 basically into the trashcan. Wonderful.

This product is a life changer
I've had a variety of health (especially digestive) issues that I have tried for years to address with dietary changes. No matter what I did I just couldn't figure out what was causing or aggravating my condition. Finally, at the urging of my wife I ordered this test. My results arrived in just a few days. They were very clear and easy to read. I was amazed at how many 'healthy' things I was consuming that aren't healthy for me. I also found out I was low in Niacin. I immediately began eliminating my trigger foods, spices and additives as well as those on the yellow (caution) list. I also realized from this test there were some ingredients in my personal care products that I should avoid. I must say since making changes based on this test, my digestion has improved, my skin inflammation has improved, my energy levels have improved. I HIGHLY recommend this UCARI product, it can be a life changer.

Disappointing
For the price the results do come quickly but seem very generic with very little to no explanation. Already it's kinda confusing what this is with how it's being sold. It's NOT an allergy test but intolerance which means not much really. Some of my results make very little sense or leave me with more question mark. That's not a almost $100 test value. I feel robbed a little. I don't suggest it.

Seems fairly accurate
So, this was a good experience. The results came back within days, which was nice. But how does it work?I read up on it, and I noticed that this product works in possibly one of two ways: it either lists items you were recently exposed to, or it lists the antigens/antibodies/something that reacted with those items. For instance, mine listed raspberry flavoring, probably because I’ve been drinking a lot of raspberry tea lately. It also listed yellow jacket venom, and I was stung by a yellow jacket 3 weeks ago.The thing is, it doesn’t list everything I’ve encountered, like peanut butter, which I eat all of the time. I know I’m allergic to certain foods, so I never eat them, so it didn’t list them, probably because I haven’t eaten them in decades. All in all, I’m pretty happy with the product. It’s not 100% accurate, but it does a fair job of pointing out items that affect me.
