Terrible Quality
Instructions were horrible - poorly written. Heating plate does not fit firmly under product (I assumed product is the urn). Coud not keep water hot. Don't waste your money!

Nicer than expected
I bought 4 of these for a catering event to hold pho broth. I didn't use any of the electrical elements because I bought them specifically to use a sterno beneath them. These kept my pho broth hot enough to cook the meats in my clients bowls. The buffet looked stunning. I'll update to include photos once I get them from the photographer. Worth every penny!!
