Due to plastic body we always have thought of breaking during the sets. Due to short height don't provide full range of motionPros detable parts. Easy to Cary along while traveling.Cons less range of motion. Range of motion plays imp role while exercising. Better to with full metal body which is around 500 rs available on Amazon
