Good dispenser
Really nice paper towel dispenser. Easy to mount and easy to load and operate too. Comes with a roll of paper towel and the 4 D size batteries needed too. Very happy with it. Looks nice too.

This thing sucks
This thing sucks, purchased a second one thinking it was just the first one that had issues. NO, it just sucks. Having issues with it getting jammed or only a sliver of paper towel comes out at a time. After reading the reviews I screw a long screw in it and that did help one of the issues. overall don't waste money on this. Now I need to buy a third one (won't be this one again).

Works as expected
This installed and works as expected. I have the same complaint as others. If you use other brand towels you have to install a roll support on the right side or the roll falls down. Install a long larger size screw at the top right side roll support and the problem is solved.

Easy to install & saves you from wasting paper towels
Easy to install & lessens waste of paper by dispensing one length at a time. The instructions for loading the rolls took some time to figure out.

FRUSTRATING!!!
Will not hold full roll of towels .I put a 3/4 inch piece of sch 40 1/2 pvc pipe in right side holder works great but why?
