Scan tool came packaged well, scan tool itself is very well built along with case it comes inIt worked excellent on my volvo xc90 and found and cleared codes most scan tools didn't. I own several different make vehicles and this tool will work out great for all of them. Definitely worth the money

I have a 2022 Toyota Corolla and the scanner would not recognize at all. I tried updating with the information on there website. Did not work. I sent email requesting help and Barnett Davies sent me one email stating what information to send them. I sent the information requested and have not heard anything since. That's been over 2 weeks ago. I have also tried calling and have never got a message or anyone to answer. POOR POOR POOR Customer Service!!!! Buyer Beware.

Very pleased. Would buy again. Didn't want sewer length. Camera and bend work with ease.

Really like it as a Mid-range diagnostic tool

I'm a novice when it comes to this product but if you read the instructions it tells you to download the car's that you will be scanning and repairing once done it's pretty easy if you can follow directions very impressive piece of equipment it has told me everything that came up and what it is great buy and have told several people about this scanner

Scanner overall is nice and has capability for the money however the version I got from this Amazon listing appears to be a European model? did not come with a US Power Plug had the round plugs. Also cannot print directly from the apps and the Email app will not login to any service. In otherwords this unit is buggy or not fully built out imho.... If they can fix these issues with better software may be a contender..... looking at Autel now

I used this scanner for a rear brake job with electronic calipers. I used on an Audi. It worked perfectly. easy to use. free updates are great. great scanner for the price.

These product need help. Nobody but the really really expensive products do it all. A cell phone has 10,000 times more complexity yet the get up close to the cost of a cell phone … if you want to do anything, and there is no guarantee. The reason the top companies charge so much for ones that work is because there are so many that don’t. I have three. You need one to do this, and one to do that. They also rent the software. The first repair shop that moves to a modern approach like “any car” 29.99 will kill these companies. Sent mine back.
