this isn't the fault of the product manufacture i don't think. the mibox worked fine with it. then the mibox updated and this product no longer works for the ethernet side but the usb side still works. if i plug this product into my computer, the computer recognizes the ethernet side. so this product works great but the mibox update made it stop working. don't buy for the mibox but buy for other things.

My laptop is one of those super thin types (Dell) that don't have an ethernet port so I needed a USB to ethernet adapter. This one had USB ports as well so this fit the need really well. Using it is super simple. Drivers are automatically installed so there's no need for additional discs or downloads to get it to work. Just plug it in, wait for Windows to detect and install default drivers. Then connect the ethernet cable and you're good to go. USB ports are equally as easy. Just plug in your USB devices and wait for Windows to detect. Super simple and easy to use.

Works as advertised!This is a simple device that works exactly as advertised on my dell xps13 9350Just plug and play . No drivers install after plugging in contrary to what the user guide mentions.

Received the item today. Overall a very happy experience.i connected the hub to my Macbook air which immediately recognize and no extra step needed.I have MacOS Sierra and the Macbook Air 2014 version. the gadget does the job perfectly and it helps a lot because my Air does not have ethernet port. When you only have landline with no wifi this is the life saver!.

I need a quick USB Ethernet port. The one on my motherboard is 100mbps and was hiccuping like no other. So i just wanted to get a cost effective ethernet, and at least gigabit because I move a lot of data. This fit the build. And better yet, there were some extra USB ports too.Easy to install and works as expected.

Windows 10 was picked up and installed driver fine, but I the chipset s too slow to process both my lan and usb mouse dongle. Mouse would get slow, choppy then just fail. After many attempts to uninstall and reinstall, I purchased a plugable usb3 ethernet one as replacement. Plugable had similar issues, but was able to update driver and worked properly.System: Microsoft Surfacebook2 i5-6300, 8g ram, Win10 Ent

This worked for a solid three months.

Works Fast, cord a little short, but that's in the picture. There are ways around that. Well Made, Multi functional and looks good doing it.
